Return Policy: Orders shipped to the United States of America are final sale and cannot be returned due to ITAR restrictions. Unused products shipped to other regions can be returned within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including any Canadian import costs. The buyer must contact SBI22.com prior to returning any items. Unsolicited returns, or returns from final sale items will not be accepted or refunded. 

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been shipped, or is in the process of being shipped, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Orders which have not shipped can be cancelled by contacting Spectre Ballistics International Inc (SBI22.com). All orders cancelled by request of the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled by Spectre Ballistics International Inc (SBI22.com) and not requested by the customer will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: Products returned to Spectre Ballistics International Inc (SBI22.com) when authorized will be entitled to refund less 15% restocking fee. Damaged or  used products are ineligible for refund. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage, or other shipping fees are non-refundable. If there are additional import fees during the course of a return these fees will be removed from the return value.
